Urimat (우리맛) Hospitality, a new concept from KTM GROUP in heart of Midtown offers a contemporary take on authentic Korean cuisine, curated exclusively for the palates of New York city. Led by owner and restaurateur Juno Moon, Urimat embodies his deep rooted passion for elevating traditional Korean flavors and cultural experiences. By reimagining classic dishes within a modern culinary framework, Urimat brings a new dimension to Korean dining, blending heritage with innovation to create an unforgettable culinary journey.

OUR MISSION

Urimat is dedicated to capturing the essence of authentic Korean cuisine and culinary tradition in every detail. The name itself, ‘Uri’ (‘우리’) meaning ‘Ours’ and ‘Mat’ (‘맛’) meaning ‘Taste’ or ‘Original Taste’, reflects a commitment to bringing the genuine flavors of Korea.From traditional cooking methods to the rich cultural heritage showcased in the design of each restaurant, Urimat seamlessly delivers the true taste of Korea to the heart of New York City.

INGREDEINTS FROM KOREA

We are committed to honoring the authenticity of Korean cuisine by sourcing the finest ingredients from across the country. Our dishes are crafted with care using sun-dried sea salt from the pristine tidal flats of Shinan, fragrant sesame and perilla oils from the mountains of Gangwon, and delicate lotus leaf noodles hand-made in Daejeon. We also feature barley-cured croaker, a treasured delicacy from Yeonggwang, known for its rich and savory flavor. By working with Korea’s best regional producers, we bring the essence of tradition to every plate while embracing a modern culinary vision.
